Great cover, minor fit issue

Last week, I ordered an Intex compatible cover, and it arrived quickly. The quality is really good, though it's a tad snug on one side.

Solid cover, delivery a little slow

I purchased a thermal lid for my square hot tub. The quality of the lid itself is excellent; it feels robust and the insulation is impressive. It fit my spa perfectly and has noticeably reduced heat loss, which is great for saving on electricity. My only minor gripe was the lead time. It took a bit longer to arrive than I initially expected, around three weeks. While I understand these are handcrafted, a clearer estimate upfront or an update during the wait would have been appreciated. Still, the product performs as advertised, and customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay.

My hot tub is so cozy!

I bought an insulated hot tub cover for my Lay-Z-Spa and it's amazing! It arrived so quickly, and the quality is fantastic. My hot tub stays warm for ages now. Definitely shopping here again, and telling all my friends!

Good insulation, slow delivery

I ordered a thermal spa jacket for my Intex hot tub. The cover itself is well-made and definitely helps keep the heat in, which is great for energy saving. However, it took about two weeks to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, a solid product, but shipping could be a little faster.

Excellent cover, quick shipping

I bought one of their insulated hot tub covers for my circular hot tub. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and simple to navigate. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the cover is great; it feels very durable and well-made. It definitely keeps the heat in better than my old cover. I needed to email customer service with a question about cleaning, and they got back to me within a few hours with a helpful response. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Got a new cover, pretty happy

So I needed a new cover for my Bestway hot tub 'cause the old one was getting pretty beat up. Found Cwtchy Covers online and decided to give 'em a go. Ordered a heavy duty spa jacket. It arrived in about a week, which was fine. It looks good and seems to be doing the job. My hot tub is definitely staying warmer, so that's cool. No complaints, really.

The price seemed fair, especially considering what I hoped to save. It was a first-time purchase for me. So far, the cover is doing its job.
